LUBRILIS 7225 – Dầu cắt gọt gia công kim loại

DESCRIPTION

LUBRILIS 7225 is a soluble concentrate especially designed for the standard machining operations requiring an important lubrication.

Operations: turning, milling, machining center, milling, drilling, threading…

LUBRILIS 7225 is recommended for the machining of ferrous metals, copper, brass and standard aluminum alloys.

RECOMMENDED CONCENTRATIONS

• For The machining of copper : 4% minimum
• For the machining of ferrous metals : 6% minimum
• For the machining of standard aluminum alloys : 7% minimum

INSTRUCTIONS

Before commissioning, perfectly clean the installation with an antiseptic such as the Contram CB1. Drain and rinse with water.

It is recommended to add gradually the LUBRILIS 7225 in the water while stirring to prepare the emulsion.

For an efficient commissioning and use, consult the user guides – soluble cutting fluids.
